Who we are.
The Flower Shed is run by the two of us, Maddi and Frances. What started as a shared love of flowers has grown into a business built around creativity, beautiful spaces and a genuine appreciation for the changing seasons.
We're happiest with muddy boots, buckets of fresh flowers and a workshop full of stems waiting to be arranged. We take a slower approach to what we do, choosing flowers we love, creating naturally led designs and filling the shop with pieces we'd happily have in our own homes.
You'll usually find one of us making bouquets while the other is rearranging shelves, chatting to customers or bringing home yet another vase we definitely didn't need. We both have an eye for the little details, and that's what makes working together so special.
For us, flowers aren't just for big occasions. They belong on kitchen tables, in hallways, by the bedside and anywhere else that could do with a little bit of life. We hope The Flower Shed feels like the kind of place you can wander around, take your time and leave with something you truly love.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with The Flower Shed, you agree to the following terms.
All bouquets are made using fresh, seasonal flowers. While we'll always do our best to match any images or colour palettes, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability.
Orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within the BCP area only.
Our standard delivery times are between 11am and 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday. While we always aim to deliver within this window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will return the flowers to the shop unless we've been given alternative delivery instructions beforehand.
Returns & Refunds
As flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.
If your flowers arrive damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. We'll always do our best to resolve the issue fairly, whether that's with a replacement, partial refund or another suitable solution.
